Privacy and cookie policy
This policy explains how data is processed when you visit the FACE Akademi Türkiye site, which external services are used and how you can exercise your rights.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies. No measurement tool runs for visit statistics, advertising or remarketing; no identifier is written to your browser. For this reason no cookie notice is shown and there is no preference to decline.
Your Personal Data
The site has no membership, registration or payment system. There are three ways you reach us:
- Application and contact forms. When you submit a form, what you write (name, email, phone, country, city and message) is stored on our server in Istanbul, Turkey and delivered to the FACE team’s mailboxes through an email delivery service. This information is processed only to evaluate your application and answer your question. If the server cannot be reached, the form opens what you wrote as a ready message in your own email app.
- Email. When you write to the addresses on the contact page, your name, email address and message are processed for the same purpose and are not shared with third parties.
- WhatsApp. The WhatsApp link on the pages takes you to the WhatsApp app; that conversation is also processed on Meta’s servers. We recommend sharing sensitive information by email or phone rather than through this channel.
Third-Party Resources
Fonts, images, videos and brochures are served from our own server. Only two software libraries are loaded from an external server; during that load your IP address is transmitted to that provider, and no cookie is set.
- jsDelivr. The page-scrolling and world-map libraries are loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network.
- Resend. Form submissions are delivered to our team as email by Resend, Inc. (USA) through servers in the European Union (Ireland).
- WhatsApp and email links. You switch to the relevant app only when you click; until then no request is sent to that platform.
International Transfer
The library provider above is located abroad; while the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to that server out of technical necessity. What you send through the application and contact forms passes through the EU servers of our email delivery provider Resend while being delivered to our team as email; the records are kept on our server and in our mailboxes in Turkey.
